Greg didn't have much of a roadmap either. He had to discover the way — and now he helps others do the same.
Greg Hendricks grew up without a father, suffered different forms of abuse, and chased identity through basketball and many other things the world offers, until the game ended and the emptiness set in. By every statistic according to his background, his story should have ended badly. It didn't.
One night — sitting alone at work in a parking lot, watching a church service online — God showed up. Greg surrendered and everything changed.
Today, Greg serves as a chaplain for professional and collegiate sports teams, mentors elite NBA, NFL and professional athletes, pastors men at Faith Chapel in San Diego, and speaks to audiences around the world, including our military men and women. His mission has never been about a platform. It's always been about one thing: helping hungry people find their way to God — and grow there.
